The focus is deliberate: it keeps us close to the courts, prosecutors, adjusters, and consular officers we work with each week, and it gives you real continuity from intake through final disposition.

Family-law cases are personal. We listen first, then we plan the legal steps that protect your home, your finances, and your relationship with your children. Whenever possible we resolve matters outside the courtroom; when the other side will not cooperate, we are prepared to litigate in Starr, Hidalgo, and surrounding county courts.

Immigration
Family-based petitions, adjustment of status, naturalization, and removal defense for Rio Grande Valley families. The firm guides clients through USCIS filings out of the McAllen Field Office and represents detained clients before the Harlingen immigration court, in English or Spanish.

Personal Injury
When you have been hurt, the insurance company starts building its case the same day. We start building yours. The firm represents Rio Grande Valley families and workers on a contingency fee, with no money owed unless we recover. We document the scene, the medical record, and the lost wages, and we try cases when the offer does not match the harm.
