About the role

An intake coordinator to be the first voice prospective clients hear when they call the office. This is a high-trust position; the early minutes of a call often determine whether a family in distress feels heard.

You will gather preliminary case details across all four practice areas, route urgent matters directly to the attorney, schedule consultations, and keep the case-management system current. The role works in close coordination with the attorney and the paralegal team.

Full-time, in-office, Rio Grande City. Compensation is commensurate with experience. Some after-hours WhatsApp monitoring rotation; rotation pay applies.

Requirements

Full bilingual fluency in English and Spanish (Mexican Spanish preferred) required, including written correspondence.

Customer-service or front-desk experience strongly preferred; experience in a legal, medical, or social-service setting a plus.

Comfort with basic case-management software (Clio, MyCase, or similar) and Microsoft Office.

Empathy, discretion, and the ability to remain calm under pressure on emotionally difficult intake calls.
